SUP Racing - this sort of sport is growing fast thanks to SUP designers who have cleverly tweaked the board's shape to make it longer, sleeker - competitive.





SUP Surfing - ever tried to surf but not been able to get to your feet and balance on the board?  Whether you're a novice or have dipped your toe in the surf before, when you're on a SUP, you're already on your feet so you can view and concentrate on the pick of the best waves to catch a ride. 





SUP Fishing - SUP's get you to places a boat can't reach and by gliding smoothly and peacefully across the water you're less likely to disturb the fish, more likely to catch them.
